AnvrisOne Outreach — Privacy Policy

What this extension does
AnvrisOne Outreach adds an "Import" action to LinkedIn people and company search results so you can send a prospect's public profile info to your own AnvrisOne Outreach workspace, and shows you whether a profile has already been imported.
What data the extension collects
- Your AnvrisOne extension key. A token you generate yourself inside AnvrisOne (Outreach → Chrome Extension) and paste into the extension. It identifies your AnvrisOne workspace (host) and your account.
- LinkedIn page data you choose to import. When you click Import on a LinkedIn search result, the extension reads the publicly visible name, headline, company, and profile/company URL shown on that result card.
- Import status. To show which results are already imported, the extension asks your AnvrisOne workspace which of the profile/company URLs on the current page it already has on file.
The extension does not read your LinkedIn messages, connections list, feed, or any page other than LinkedIn search results, and it does not run on any site other than linkedin.com unless you explicitly grant it a different host when connecting.
Where this data goes
Everything the extension sends leaves your browser for exactly one destination: the AnvrisOne server your key belongs to — the same host your organization already uses for AnvrisOne. That destination is embedded in the key you generate and paste in; the extension does not talk to any other server, and no data is sent to the developer, to LinkedIn, or to any third party or analytics/advertising service.
What's stored locally
The extension key, the AnvrisOne host it points to, and your connected
user's display name are stored in your browser's local extension storage
(chrome.storage.local) so you don't have to reconnect every time. This
data stays on your device and is not synced or transmitted anywhere except
back to your own AnvrisOne host to verify the connection still works. You
can remove it at any time from the extension popup ("Use a different key").
Your choices
- Nothing is imported unless you click Import on a specific result.
- You can disconnect at any time, which deletes the locally stored key and connection info.
- You can remove the extension entirely from
chrome://extensions.
